A couple from today's shoot with Jodie. Photo's taken on a friends fixed-lens camera - I am utterly jealous. Am still pining over the Olympus Zuiko Macro/ Fixed-focus Lens - but at £275 I think I'll be waiting a while! Thank you to Harley Holley who as ever was a gorgeous model (and thank you to Dave for dealing with the raidiator situation!). Will be doing another shoot this week, so more pics to come!

Miranda Kerr in Isabel Marant

Heeled high tops - a godsend for anyone (myself majorly included) doomed with short legs. The trend, initially started by Isabel Marant, swiftly followed by Ash, has been beautifully modelled by Miranda Kerr (ultimate Yummy Mummy and inspiration for those of us desperate to nail the casual-yet-glamorous-and not-covered-in-baby-sick look). ALDO has, thankfully, jumped on the bandwagon and brought out these (slightly more affordable) beauties. Flattering and practical (which with a four month old is KEY), these are definitely on my wishlist for 2012 - I'll be trying and failing to channel Miss Kerr... 'cause let's be honest, it's not like she'll be having any stumpy leg fashion dilemas.

Modelling her new clothes

Little Pickalili has grown out of everything. So we headed down to H&M, and found these absolute beauties (above).. And then she puked all over the floor (that's my girl!). My favourite is the pink jumper - she has black leggings to match but they were too boring to photograph. Can't remember how much the Minnie Mouse ones were. The Vans were a gift from her soon-to-be godfather. Can't wait 'til I can afford a new flash for my camera!

Working at the Guardian was a dream. Travelling on the tube five months pregnant however, was not. Luckily the morning sickness was replaced with a dizzying high from doing what I love all day, every day. I want to go back.
